Haircut- this is for dogs that require a clipper cut! If you have a double coated dog, this is not the appointment you are looking for. Examples of breeds that would book a haircut:

Shih tzu

Yorkie

Wheaten Terrier

This appointment includes a bath, haircut, nail trimming and ear cleaning.

Doodle Groom - this is for Doodle/Poodle breeds who require a haircut. This appointment includes bath, haircut, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.

Basic Groom – this is for all double coated dogs! (Or if you have a smooth coat dog but are not wanting a full haircut)

This appointment includes a bath, de-shed, nail trimming, ear cleaning , scissor trimming of all furnishings (legs, belly, bum, tail), shaving out the paw pads, and sanitary trim (if required).

Bath and Brush – this appointment can be booked for any breed that is just wanting a bath and brush-out! With this appointment there is no trimming of any kind and there is no de-shedding. Also, please note that nails are an add-on to this groom.

** If you book a bath and brush, your dogs coat must be in good condition with zero matting. If your dog requires de-matting and other services, our groomers will discuss this with you & additional services will be an add-on to the bath & brush appointment.**

The length of your dog’s groom depends on their breed and coat condition. Your groomer can give you a better idea & estimated pick-up time when you drop off.

Once your groomer texts/calls you to let you know your dog is finished, we ask that they are picked up within 1 - 2 hours.

If you need your dog to stay here longer than 2 hours after their groom is complete, please arrange this with your groomer prior to the appointment.

There may be a $20 “care” fee added to their groom for extended pick-up time delays.

Due to the fact that we have more than one groomer working at a time and some dogs can be sensitive to having people around that they are not familiar with, we do not allow clients to stay with their dogs while they are being groomed.

Rest assured that your dog is in good hands during their grooming appointment - our groomers love the pups like their very own!

We have 2 grooming tables and often have 2 groomers working at once. There are usually 1 - 2 other dogs in the room while your dog is getting groomed. They are kennelled when not on the table with the groomer, and therefore there is no direct contact with the other dog while they are getting groomed.

We ask for 24 hr notice for all rescheduled or canceled grooms. If you miss your appointment, or cancel same day, it will be considered a “no-show” and we will require pre-payment for all future bookings.

We are an appointment-based business with a set schedule, and if you are late for your appointment there is a possibility that your groomer won’t have time to groom your dog.

Please be on time for all appointments!

We do offer same-day nail appointments, but we ask that you contact us before stopping in with your dog to ensure there is a groomer available.
