Board & Train Program

Our Board & Train Program is designed for pet parents who want their dog to learn while they stay with us. Finally - a boarding stay that builds better behaviour.

During their boarding stay, your dog will receive dedicated 1:1 training sessions focused on your goals, and you will receive report card updates, as well as additional training content for you to continue practicing skills at home.  

Important:

Our Board & Train program is designed as a training add-on to your dog’s boarding stay. Think of our Board & Train Program as a boost to your dog’s boarding experience — not a quick-fix program. It’s a way to give your dog focused learning while they’re with us, with the goal of setting you up for continued success at home.

 FAQs

  • Our Board & Train Program is currently offered for weekday boarding only. We do not have availability of our training team on weekends to facilitate the Program. If your dog has an upcoming boarding stay during the week, contact us to inquire about adding the Board & Train Program to their stay!

  • We require 1-2 weeks notice for adding this Program to their stay, to ensure that we have a trainer available to work 1:1 with your dog.

  • Our cancellation policy is the same as for boarding stays - we require 10 days notice to cancel your dog’s boarding stay, with or without the training add-on. Read more about our boarding cancellation policy here, and please contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

  • Contact us by email & we will be happy to provide more info & make sure this Program is a good fit for your dog before adding it to their boarding stay!
